Day by Day studio is a meeting point of two of my creative outlets; helping businesses look great, and people feel great.

I offer graphic design services and yoga & pilates classes grounded in a depth of knowledge, intuition and skill. 

I care deeply about people and our planet, and hope to leave a light footprint of worthwhile work that contributes positively to the world.

My yoga classes are offered with a dose of gentle enthusiasm, curiosity and invitation to flow, connect and restore. I am currently offering public classes in Kaikōura.
